How to use OxyShred

OxyShred by EHPlabs is produced as a powder that mixes easily into water to produce a delicious cordial-style drink. There are 6 delicious flavours available including Kiwi Strawberry, Passionfruit, Wild Melon, Pink Grapefruit, Guava Paradise and Mango. EHPlabs recommends 1 scoop per 300mL of water but this can be adjusted to personal taste preferences.

1. For general fat burning:

Take 1 scoop with water in the morning on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before food for maximum absorption and fat burning.

2. For fasted cardio:

Take 1 scoop with water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to maximise fat burning and increase your energy throughout the day.

3. As a pre-workout:

Take 1 scoop with water 20-30 minutes before your workout for maximum effectiveness.

Stacking OxyShred with Acetyl L-Carnitine

OxyShred is best taken with Acetyl L-Carnitine to maximise it’s effectiveness and the breakdown of fat cells. Acetyl L-Carnitine makes fat more mobile and better able to enter the fat-burning cells called mitochondria - more carriers means more fat transported into cells, so more fat is burned.
This “switches on” fat burning preferentially even in the presence of carbohydrates, so you can burn fat more effectively – especially during exercise. Also, supplementing with ALCAR has been shown to reduce fatigue in long duration cardio workouts, and increase focus and general brain function.
